Each and every item purchased from Energy Media Corp is new and is fully guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and materials, or, the item may be returned for replacement or full purchase price refund within 30 days from date of delivery. The customer may be referred to the manufacturer for warranty issues, as deemed appropriate.

This guarantee and return policy shall apply to all products purchased from Energy Media Corp, in addition to any and all applicable manufacturers warranties, unless otherwise stated on individual product pages. Be sure to view the guarantee and return links on each of our websites, to insure that you have the most accurate and up-to-date information for the products you may be interested in. Energy Media Corp reserves the right to forward any warranty related issues directly to the manufacturer of the product(s) in question.

Defective Merchandise may be returned ONLY after you have contacted us and informed us of the defect and ONLY after you have been authorized to return the products. Be advised that Energy Media Corp reserves the right to forward your request to the manufacturer in accordance with manufacturer’s warranties. Furthermore, Energy Media Corp reserves the right to forward merchandise to manufacturers for testing, evaluation and defect determination and will abide by the results ascertained from such manufacturers. Energy Media Corp reserves the right to credit for defective merchandise in lieu of replacement. All merchandise to be returned to Energy Media Corp after being authorized to do so MUST be shipped prepaid. You may be reimbursed for return shipping costs after evaluating your return and only with a copy of a receipt showing the return shipping costs.

Unused and unopened merchandise may be returned for any reason within 15 days of receipt of merchandise, for full product price credit or replacement. Merchandise MUST be returned freight prepaid and in its original product packaging. Restocking charges or refusal of refund or credit may apply to merchandise that has been opened or used, depending on the condition of the item upon our receipt, as well as to returns of non-defective items made beyond the 15 days period. All related shipping costs on returns made for non-defective or not damaged items, both from and to our warehouse, would not be refundable under any circumstances, unless specifically approved by Energy Media Corp.

Shipping Damage: Do not recieve or sign for merchandise that is being delivered to you if the packaging appears to be damaged in any way. We advise that you refuse delivery and state damaged freight as the reason to the delivery person. You MUST advise us immediately in the event you have refused delivery due to damage. Please be sure that the packages refused for delivery are indeed damaged to prevent incurring charges as noted below as concerns unauthorized returns and refused shipments.

Damaged in Transit merchandise that has been already delivered MUST be reported to the delivery carrier. In most cases this will be UPS as we use UPS exclusively for small package delivery. You may contact UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS.

Important Note: All returns MUST be authorized by Energy Media Corp prior to shipping the item/s back. You MUST request a return authorization by contacting us and completing the Request for Support Form. This may be found on our website by clicking the Contact Us button at the top of the page and choosing the category Returns. All contact with Energy Media Corp should include your order number for easy reference, so issues may be addressed in a prompt and expeditious manner.

Important Note: In the event you have been given authorization to return merchandise, you will be expected to follow the instructions given to you by our customer service representitives and/or as outlined in our Return Material Authorizations

Important Note: Any unauthorized return, refused shipments of merchandise, items where the customer has requested a “return to sender”, or the return of obviously used items, may subject the customer to a non-refundable 25% restocking, plus all incurred shipping costs.
